AWS CSA Pro Lecture -> Integrating CloudWatch Logging with EC2

I am following the lecture video but get a the below error...

     Redirecting to /bin/systemctl start awslogs.service

Failed to start awslogs.service: Unit not found.

Do I need to add an awslogs.service file or should I have downloaded an exectuable?  I google'ed the error and found nothing of substance.

Amazon Linux 2 commands may be different from the original Amazon Linux which that course used. I haven't had time to attempt this myself, but it may be easier to follow the videos if you use Amazon Linux 1. Sorry I don't have an answer with more substance right now, i'll try to look into it or, if someone else in the community has the answer, hopefully they'll chime in!
