In this lab, we are going to learn to build a VPC from scratch. We will not use the VPC wizard and will instead build each component of a VPC with a public and private subnet by hand. This lab is necessary to help you understand the concepts for passing the VPC section of the exam.
In this lab, we are going to create a VPC from scratch, without using the wizard.
We will be create a VPC with the following components:
2) Two route tables (one for public subnets and one for private subnets)
3) Four subnets (two public and two private)
4) Two NACLs with inbound and outbound rules
5) Two Security Groups with inbound rules
